Weed removal is a necessary part of gardening. Roundup is an easy way of removing weeds, particularly those that are persistant. Many weeds have underground stem sytems which allow them to survive in adverse conditions. It also means that they reproduce from even a small piece of stem left in the ground. This type of weed is best treated with weed killer.  Roundup kills the weeds pentetrating down to the root, meaning that once the weed is killed, it will not return. Using weed killer is a simple and practical weed removal method.
